As Program Manager for Workplace Charging (WPC), you will lead the development and implementation of our WPC business line, enabling employees and visitors at our customer sites to charge EVs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Own the WPC program, including project management, market launch, stakeholder management, integration into wider company processes, and financial performance.
• Program Management: Lead full implementation across 12 countries, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Market Launch: Organize the European market launch, covering product & service development, pricing, training, and marketing.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across sales, engineering, operations, legal, and finance.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor progress using KPIs, address risks proactively, and report outcomes to leadership.

Your Profile:

• Structured problem solver with a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Strong communicator who connects effortlessly at all organizational levels.
• Proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Customer-focused innovator with an ability to design solutions that address client needs.
• Proven experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in international roles across Europe; expertise in sustainable energy or go-to-market programs is a plus.
