• Project Coordination & Management:

  • Oversee and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
  • Coordinate activities between projects to ensure they align with the program's objectives. 
  • Manage project interdependencies and ensure smooth execution. 
  • Facilitate communication among a program's cross-functional team. 

• Resource & Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for the program. 
  • Monitor program progress and performance. 
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues. 

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Communicate program progress and issues to stakeholders. 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns. 

• Program Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Track program progress and performance. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes. 
  • Ensure the program delivers the intended benefits. 

• Leadership & Team Management:

  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members. 
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. 
  • Lead with influence, relying on facilitation, collaboration, and vision setting. 

• Strategic Planning & Alignment:

  • Align program scope and success metrics to measurable business benefits. 
  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals. 
  • Ensure programs contribute to broader business outcomes. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Working knowledge of digital marketing
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
• Experience in proposal writing
