Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end UiPath RPA/AI projects across various Federal government departments.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of automation solutions hosted on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Federal IT security policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership and clients.
- Coordinate with developers, solution architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on cloud-based RPA and AI implementations.
- PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering UiPath solutions in Federal government environments.
- Deep understanding of RPA frameworks, AI/ML integration, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Exceptional stakeholder communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. Computer Science or similar.
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
- Background in AI/ML models integration within RPA platform.
Additional Requirement
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years.
- Must reside in the local Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia Area (DMV).
