About the role
As a Manager within the Transformation Office for the US President, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s strategic initiatives execution. This role focuses on providing insights through data analysis, market research, and performance measurement to help drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of projects, and assist in business planning. You will also drive the implementation and value realization of these projects, supporting the Head of Transformation on communication progress and risks to Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Business Insights:
Analyze business performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve US business performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, track performance, and assess potential risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Executive Communication:
Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and other teams to gather necessary data and insights.
Participate in the preparation of materials for meetings, board presentations, and other executive discussions.
Project Management Support:
Ensure timely and effective execution of projects.
Track the progress of initiatives and prepare reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related business analysis roles.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (Excel, SQL, etc.).
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with market research tools and techniques (e.g., Bloomberg, Nielsen, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation : $144,400 - $180,500 annually + bonus opportunity
