Job Title: Program Manager, Talent Development
The Purpose of the role
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for leading learning programs, working in partnership with the Performance Consultant and broader Talent & Learning team. This role will manage the design, development, and evaluation of impactful learning solutions, using innovative design and media tools. You will conceptualize, develop, and refine learning strategies and processes while handling sophisticated learning projects. Responsibilities include learning needs analysis, identifying appropriate learning solutions, program planning, management, communication, and measuring the efficiency of the learning solution.

- Consult and collaborate with partners on program strategy, content, execution, and reporting and meet expectations on talent and learning programs delivered.
- Coach and mentor project team and empower them to deliver high-quality solutions
- Monitor and improve project management and operations routines.
- Build relationships across the technology learning ecosystem, leverage enterprise programs where appropriate and participate in global projects.
