Summary of the Role:
Reporting to our Vice President, Stratefic Operations and Corporate Development, we are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to lead and execute one of our most strategic programs, Strategic Pricing.
This multi-year role is best suited for someone who excels in cross-functional collaboration, takes ownership of project outcomes, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
You’ll be accountable for structuring program workstreams and timelines, resolving obstacles, and delivering results in partnership with executive stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Program Ownership: Driving day-to-day execution of the Strategic Pricing program from planning to execution
- Cross Functional Coordination: Aligning cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
- Drive Focus & Momentum: Delivering results while respecting existing processes and minimizing disruptions
- Performance Tracking: Defining, tracking and reporting on financial and operational KPIs with minimal oversight
- Leverage Subject Matter Experts: Partnering with SMEs to ensure strategy and execution are grounded in domain-specific best practices
- Risk Management: Identify risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent progress toward milestones
Collaboration Opportunities:
- Partnership with internal or external SMEs for Pricing domain expertise
- Regular touchpoints with executive stakeholders and business leaders
- Cross-functional coordination with Product, Operations, Go-to-Market teams, and Finance
- May work with external vendors or consultants depending on project needs
Who You Are / Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience and familiarity with B2B software a plus
- Experience in strategy / implementation consulting roles welcomed
- Proven success leading projects involving systems change, transformation, or pricing strategy
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build and interpret models
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Action-oriented with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
