Program Manager - Social Work

Position Purpose: With the Children's Medical Services Health Plan operated by our Florida's Sunshine Health Plan, you will focus on program management along with being a Private Duty Nursing Advocate for the member and caregivers closing gaps in care for private duty nursing.

• Manage project and program implementations with daily operational reporting and tracking for private duty nursing care along with analyzing key trends and identifying improvement opportunities
• The advocate will collaborate with families, care managers, and home health aids to improve coverage and help navigate the healthcare system
• Communicate business objectives, program process as well as technical complexities of the program to key stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Ensure all program documentation is up to date and accessible

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project implementation and/or program management experience in the healthcare industry. Performance consulting background preferred.
License/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
