Summary Generated by Built In
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.

Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.

About the Role
The Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of the CISO/DPO function, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance priorities are translated into clear programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align cyber security, GRC, and compliance initiatives with business goals while maintaining strong accountability across teams.

  • Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status updates for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Support compliance readiness by working closely with teams to close gaps, track remediation, and improve control effectiveness.
  • Well versed with AI tools and open to learn new technologies.
