Lucid is seeking a Program Manager to lead the optimization and automation of sales systems, tools, and processes. This role will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the European Sales team through project management, process improvements, and data-driven insights. You'll partner with Sales, IT, and other departments to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure accurate reporting and analytics with the sole purpose of driving the achievement of aggressive sales and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and direction for the European Sales & Delivery, Sales Operations and Enablement departments, aligning efforts with the overall mission and vision of Lucid motors.
- Lead sales process and system optimization initiatives, including pipeline management, test drives, and vehicle ordering.
- Perform constant business analysis to identify and solve abnormalities and ensure continuous improvement, optimization, and support for rapid growth.
- Manage projects to adapt systems and processes to improve data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize Sales and customer needs and implement solutions, using Salesforce and revert to other available systems when needed.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, track milestones, and manage risks for timely project delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business partners on ad-hoc initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and others.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within sales, sales operations and/or enablement.
- BS/MS in Engineering, IT, or quantitative Business fields.
- Strong Salesforce experience with project management skills.
- Proven track record managing complex projects and driving improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Admin/Dev certification.
- PMP or Agile experience.
- Experience in the automotive or technology industry.
