The PositionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our high-profile talent program. This is a crucial role responsible for the final content creation, execution, and long-term sustainability of a (Leadership) Talent Program with a small, exclusive group of approx. 5 high-potential employees in each cohort that will run for 2 years with a new cohort starting every year. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of shaping and defining the program's core elements, ensuring a world-class experience for our cohort members, and driving the program's continued evolution.
The opportunityProgram Design and Refinement: Act as the primary architect of the talent program. Continuously evaluate and refine all program elements, including coaching, on-the-job experiences, real-life problem-solving projects, and face-to-face events. Ensure the content remains relevant, challenging, and aligned with company, functional and program goals.
Cohort Management and Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all cohort members for all program related questions. Monitor their progress, provide guidance, ensure additional program goals are tracked and address any challenges they may face. Foster a supportive and engaging environment that encourages collaboration and personal growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and coaches to ensure seamless program delivery. Align on project scopes for on-the-job experiences and real-life problem-solving, and provide regular updates on cohort progress.
Logistics and Operations: Oversee all logistical aspects of the program, including planning and executing face-to-face and virtual events, workshops, and training sessions. Manage the program's budget and resources effectively.
Content Curation and Updates: Stay current with industry trends in talent development and leadership training. Proactively source, curate, and integrate new content and learning methodologies to keep the program fresh and impactful over time.
Program Sustainability: Develop and implement a long-term strategy to ensure the program's continued success. Create repeatable processes and documentation that will enable future cohorts to thrive.
You will bring Empathy and Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, with strong written and verbal communication essential for building rapport and trust with high-potential individuals, senior leaders, and mentors. Strategic Thinking is key, enabling you to see the big picture and link program activities to long-term business objectives. This role requires an Agile and Resourceful Mindset to navigate unexpected challenges, demonstrate strong Problem-Solving skills, and effectively manage logistical complexities and multiple moving parts.
Furthermore, you bring the below qualification and experience:
Completed university degree (Bachelor's minimum) or an equivalent combination of a completed vocational qualification and several years of relevant professional experience.
Program Management: Proven experience in designing, managing, and delivering complex talent or leadership development programs, ideally in a corporate environment.
Leadership Development Knowledge: A solid understanding of best practices in leadership development, coaching, and adult learning principles.
Experience or background within a Pharma Technical Operations environment or the broader pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
