Job Duties and Responsibilities
Program Manager Product Operations sought by DISH Wireless, L.L.C. in Littleton, Colorado.
Manage product data lifecycle by owning the end-to-end setup process for new product introductions and the ongoing maintenance of the product master data. Ensure data integrity through regular cleansing and validation of product-related information. Identify opportunities to improve product data processes and develop new, efficient workflows. Serve as primary technical expert for key operational planning and management systems within our business unit. Manage all technical aspects of these systems, including implementing configuration changes and optimizations. Conduct daily maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems related to system functionality and performance. Act as the main liaison with the internal IT department for all system-related technical discussions, integrations, and support. Lead the technical execution and implementation of approved system enhancements and new features. Develop proof-of-concept models within these systems to explore new functionalities and improve operational capabilities. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure aligned project execution. Oversee project implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges as they arise. Optimize product operations workflows by analyzing existing processes and implementing improvements. Effectively communicate project status and insights to stakeholders and external partners. Analyze product-related operational performance and key indicators using data-driven approaches. Manage change associated with process and system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions for affected teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and training materials. Lead software deployment, integration, and user training initiatives for new operational tools or features. Define and document clear business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Design and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology & Operations or closely related, plus 4 years of experience in job offered or similar roles. Also requires 2 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Supply Chain Planning tools O9
- SCOUT
- ServiceNow
- Snowflake (SQL)
- Google Suite, Excel, Google Gemini, Hive
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $138,341.00/Year
