Scope
Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with technical development leads and cross-functional teams across geographical locations to plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets.
Deliver value propositions to customers defined within the scope of the program
Our Current Technical Environment
Usage of SAFe and Agile methodologies for program management.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.
Engagement with AI/ML systems and supply chain management technologies to enhance decision-making and process automation.
What You’ll Do
Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers
Work closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Develop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
Supply Chain industry experience is required
Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution for internal and external stakeholders
Experience in managing Planning and Execution Solutions
Experience in WMS and TMS in Automotive industry
Experience with program management, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $119,254.03 - $172,873.06 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
