As the Program Manager, People Enablement Operations you will be responsible for executing department-wide People, Culture and Transformation planning, operations and corporate services. This role is pivotal in facilitating alignment between the department’s long-term strategic goals with daily business priorities, through managing core rhythms, including quarterly and annual planning, budgeting workflows, and reporting cycles.
This is an opportunity to shape how People Enablement supports enterprise priorities at scale, delivering innovation, consistency, and operational excellence. Your experience in strategic planning and corporate services, combined with strong collaboration and communication skills, will enable you to deliver key services to our regional and global partners.
This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

If you were the Program Manager, People Enablement Operations, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Facilitating strategic planning processes for People, Culture & Transformation, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term business objectives
- Managing planning rhythms, checkpoints, and reporting requirements to monitor progress against strategic goals
- Driving continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and impact
- Leading and managing budgeting workflows for People, Culture & Transformation, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams
- Partnering with Global People Enablement & Experience members to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and consolidate inputs into operating budgets
- Overseeing a portfolio of corporate services which will change and evolve with business needs
- Managing business rhythms that enable the PC&T department to meet its weekly, monthly and long-term objectives
- Leading and communicating effectively with partners, including cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure visibility, engagement, reporting and on-going alignment
- Championing process innovation and optimization within the People Enablement team to continuously evolve operational practices, tools, process and workflow
- Managing assigned end-to-end PC&T projects by owning the intake process, including managing briefs, coordination of timelines across all stakeholders, and facilitating execution through to delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners across the department, organization and externals
- Other duties as required

Are you our next Program Manager, People Enablement Operations?
- You have 5-7 years of experience in developing, managing strategic planning programs/workflows and building/delivering corporate services in a scaling business
- You have experience in agency/vendor management and in leading the development and execution of project briefs
- You have experience in People and Culture related services such as people operations, learning & development, total rewards, people analytics, talent management, systems and/or operations in a global business landscape
- You have strong PPT skills, with experience designing and delivering PPT presentations to executives
- You have experience in developing and executing annual strategic plans
- You have a relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide insights and guide work across the department and business
- You have the ability to influence and guide without direct control
- You are proficient in creating, organizing and leading efficient and effective workflows
- You have advanced experience using project management platforms and tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Miro, SharePoint, etc.)
- You can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to drive results
- You are capable of finding simple, scalable solutions for complex problems and developing others to do the same
- You are proficient in managing a portfolio of services/projects and leading change through others
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels
- You have a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and personal development
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

Compensation:

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
