Program Manager – Operations and Planning

Strategic Planning:

  • Support overall planning by coordinating inputs gathering, timelines development, and deliverables alignment.
  • Develop high-level business objectives into actionable plans, priorities with roadmaps.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure shared understanding of goals, scope, and success criteria.
  • Support leadership through defining program structure, milestones, dependencies and trade-offs.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies across workstreams and teams to drive seamless execution.

Governance:

  • Establish and maintain program governance mechanisms such as reviews, checkpoints, and decision forums
  • Ensure decisions, actions, and commitments are clearly documented and tracked to closure
  • Escalate project risks, issues, in a timely and structured manner with recommendation for contingency plans.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on expectations
  • Drive cross-functional meeting as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders ensuring alignment on deliverables.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and governance processes.
  • Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across programs.
  • Support adoption of best practices for execution discipline and operational rigor.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations within the semiconductor, electronics, deep‑tech or associated industry
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional, multi‑geography programs involving engineering, sales, policy, finance, and operations teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership, external partners, government bodies, and industry associations
  • Ability to structure ambiguous initiatives into clear programs with milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA 
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and strategic curiosity
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, scale, and cultural differences
