What does your job as a Program Manager Non life (Segment Enterprises) look like?
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help us implement a new business activity, focused on launching products for the professional insurance market (self-employed professionals and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 10 employees). The Program Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall approach, leveraging proven experience in non-life insurance products for the self-employed and SME segments. The role reports directly to the Managing Director Non-Life.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Develop and own the end-to-end implementation plan
- Define, manage and monitor the project budget
- Determine the required implementation team, identifying the expertise needed across the various departments
- Support the recruitment and selection of new talent and expertise across all departments
- Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between all involved teams
- Coordinate the necessary training and follow-up for the Operations teams (Customer Care and Claims Handling)
- Refine and challenge the commercial approach to ensure its effectiveness
- Oversee and guide the implementation across all involved departments

- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
