JOB SUMMARY
This position will function as a project manager, business-systems analyst, and documenter (both high-level and technical). They will often execute these roles simultaneously on different initiatives. They will support a wide range of moderate to highly complex business, project, and application development deliverables. They will coordinate with a variety of cross-functional teams. This role requires the incumbent to be confident along with strong communication and organization skills.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and monitor plans for moderate to highly complex projects, including status reporting.
2. Guide teams to complete milestones for system development, analytic projects, and/or recurring tasks amidst shifting priorities.
3. Manage meeting recurrence, frequency, attendance, documentation, and action items.
4. Track progress and communicate proactively the impact of changes (e.g. scope, cross functional resources, timelines, costs, etc.) to key stakeholders. Ensure that teams are equipped and prepared per the appropriate phase requirements and that all appropriate stakeholders within and outside the business unit are apprised of changes and results.
5. nitiate and perform project relevant research as needed and share findings written and orally.
6. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to actively solicit, analyze, and document business, system, and technical requirements for new builds and enhancements to analytical and operational systems and analytics.
7. Conduct walkthroughs with application development staff as a handoff from analysis to development and continue working with the application development staff during the technical design, programming, testing, and deployment stages.
8. Develop and maintain moderate to high complexity documentation, including system/data flows and user documentation, as part of project deliverables.This can include high-level documentation for executive leadership.
9. Provide support on program management tools and applications.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $90-100k annually. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.


JOB SCOPE
Incumbent works under minimal direction and relies on judgment and experience to identify issues, trends, and problems and to recommend action plans and to evaluate results on initiatives that may not be clearly defined. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)
 
  • -Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, healthcare or at least 4-7 years of related experience.
 
  • -Minimum 4-7 years of experience across three of the following disciplines: project management,
 
  •  business/systems analysis, technical writing.
 
  • -Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
 
  • -Knowledge of healthcare industry and understanding of healthcare claim processing workflows is preferred.
 
  • -Knowledge of project and improvement methodologies for requirements definition, improvement, and management such as ---------Iterative, Agile, Lean Six Sigma. Certifications are a plus.
 
  • -Experience facilitating meetings and/or collaborative working sessions.
 
  • -Highly developed facilitation skills.
 
  • -Experience in leading or driving projects and deliverables to completion.
 
  • -Experience with Atlassian products Jira and Confluence. Experience with equivalent task/ project management software or systems   may be substituted. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
 
  • -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
  • -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
  • -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal customers.
 
  • -Ability to be flexible and creative in problem solving and identifying process improvements.

  • -Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone.
