Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Coaching & Development: Provide hands-on coaching and support to retail sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques across multiple carriers
- Training Programs: Design and implement training initiatives focusing on multi-carrier product offerings, promotional strategies, and compliance with carrier-specific requirements
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with sales teams to execute carrier promotions, optimize in-store merchandising, and implement best practices to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across carriers, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with carrier partners and retail staff to ensure seamless communication and alignment with multi-carrier objectives
- Feedback & Reporting: Regularly provide feedback to stakeholders on sales performance, training needs, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and carrier partners
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all retail partners adhere to carrier-specific sales and service standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
- Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with access to reliable transportation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years in a performance coaching or training role, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-carrier environments, including knowledge of the mobile carrier industry and sales strategies
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve their goals
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
- Flexibility: Ability to travel to retail locations as needed and work across multiple carriers and regions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with retail sales in the telecommunications or technology sector
- Familiarity with carrier-specific software and tools
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
