- Execute regional market development strategy across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
- Research member needs, institutional dynamics, and the local competitive landscape; analyze findings to inform regional priorities and market approaches.
- Identify and support growth opportunities through academic partnerships, institutional engagement, and industry collaboration.
- Contribute to localized engagement plans aligned with global membership and retention goals.
- Execute targeted initiatives to grow membership among students, early-career professionals, and institutional segments.
- Support retention programs that strengthen member value and renewal rates; monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to localize messaging, campaigns, and value propositions.
- Serve as a liaison to international and student chapters across Latin America, maintaining ongoing relationships with volunteer leaders and faculty advisors.
- Support chapter activation, sustainability, and growth, particularly in priority markets; help volunteer leaders increase programming frequency, relevance, and participation.
- Develop and implement approaches that help student chapter members transition into professional chapter or local section engagement.
- Facilitate faculty advisor and institutional engagement to sustain membership connections across career stages, and share chapter best practices that improve member experience, engagement, and retention.
- Lead or support regional workshops, webinars, conferences, and partner activities aligned with membership growth, awareness, and engagement objectives.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and stakeholder communications; represent the client at regional events as needed.
- Use market feedback and program performance to provide insights and recommend improvements.
- Build and manage relationships with universities, research institutions, industry partners, and scientific societies across priority countries.
- Identify partnership opportunities aligned with growth goals and support onboarding of new partners to expand the client’s reach and influence.
- Engage faculty advisors, volunteer leaders, and early-career communities to strengthen connections with prospective and current members; serve as a regional contact for stakeholders and internal collaborators.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in program management, membership organizations, or international market engagement.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
