Welcome to the Consumer and Community Banking Location Strategy team, a Center of Excellence within Consumer and Community Banking! We're on the lookout for a passionate Market Program Manager to be our go-to expert for market-specific projects and initiatives in the vibrant Northeast market. As a Market Program Manager in Location Strategy you will be the subject matter expert for all activities in the market impacting Consumer and Community Banking. You will be responsible for the oversight and integration of all Consumer and Community Banking market specific projects and initiatives in the Jersey City Market that support Consumer and Community Banking's Location Strategy. This oversight includes directly managed projects, projects managed by others within the Location Strategy team and initiatives managed by key constituents outside of the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute impactful projects and initiatives that shape Consumer and Community Banking's Location Strategy. Collaborate closely with Real Estate, Technology, the Location Leader Program, and other Project Managers.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to maintain and enhance our Market Strategy data and Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop compelling reports and dashboards for senior leaders, highlighting key market metrics such as seat supply & demand, lease details, space costs, and more.
- Deeply understand the drivers, objectives, and needs of various sub-lines of business to ensure our location strategy is perfectly aligned.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our location strategy.
- Anticipate strategy adjustments and offer consultation and influence on business decisions.
- Partner with local CCB and Real Estate Leadership to ensure alignment on market strategy and facility needs.
- Identify potential obstacles early and develop creative solutions, while managing ad-hoc requests with ease.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 6 years of project management experience, adept at juggling multiple large projects.
- Bachelor's Degree; Finance/Analytical experience required
- Superior data analysis, communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proactive, results-oriented, and fact-based approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with care.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, thriving in ambiguity and finding solutions to unforeseen challenges.
- Excellent at building and sustaining working partnerships at all levels.
- Independent, driven, and highly organized, capable of managing multiple (and changing) project deliverables seamlessly.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PitchPro, Excel).
Work Location:
Get the best of both worlds! Work in our Jersey City office 3 days a week and enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2 days per week. Plus, travel to Manhattan and Brooklyn to support initiatives as needed.
