- Executing on the leadership development strategic initiatives through collaboration with the business and the Talent Development team
- Collaborating with functional and regional partners to tailor and build leadership development initiatives for local deployment
- Designing and developing experiences and leadership development programming to build skills, confidence, and effectiveness in our leaders
- Partnering with Talent Development teams to deliver programs and experiences to our global employee base via existing channels (ex. LMS) and new channels (ex. Leadership offsites and summits)
- Translating business needs into leadership competency-based development milestones and program goals
- Facilitating development experiences to build critical skills and capabilities
- Creating and executing communication plans in partnership with Communications Teams for program roll outs
- Supporting the integration of the Arc’teryx Leadership Code into existing and new processes, programs and structures (ex. Performance Management, Basecamp)
- Maintaining stakeholder and cross-functional partnerships across corporate, retail and manufacturing locations
- Measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of leadership development efforts to tangible business outcomes
- Supporting the project management of initiatives

Are you our next Program Specialist Leadership Development?
- You have 3-5 years of experience in building, developing, and facilitating leadership programs
- You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with learning authoring tools
- A bachelor's degree in Leadership Development, Adult Learning, Organizational Learning or other post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
- You have a deep understanding of the latest learning and leadership development trends
- You have experience translating concepts and theories into tangible learning
- You are a skilled facilitator, with exceptional presentation skills – both virtual and in-person
- You have experience in leading and managing projects
- You have demonstrated success in influencing and mobilizing stakeholders
- You are adaptable and ready to move with the energy of the business and readiness of the People & Culture team
- You have an understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
