Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Lead Generation, the Program Manager is the operational backbone of the Lead Generation team. This role ensures projects, deployments, workflows, and documentation stay organized, visible, and on track across multiple business verticals. You will partner with analysts, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, improve processes, and create a highly effective operating cadence that enables team success.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the team’s Monday.com workspace, including board hygiene, status updates, dependency tracking, and deadline management
Maintain visibility across active deployments with clear ownership and next steps
Lead team standups, establish agendas, capture actions, and ensure follow-through
Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation as the team source of truth
Coordinate handoffs with bulk match and offshore scrubbing teams
Track and escalate blockers, risks, and missed deadlines
Manage sales effectiveness intake requests and route work appropriately
Partner with Reporting & Analytics on team-level reporting and performance tracking
Drive process improvements that improve efficiency and scalability
Support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced sales operations environment

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, project coordination, or related field
2+ years of project coordination, program management, or team operations experience
Hands-on experience with work management platforms; Monday.com strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Monday.com board design, automations, and dependency tracking
Experience supporting sales operations, lead generation, analytics, or data teams
Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline workflows, including Salesforce
Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation
