What You’ll Do: 

As a Program Manager at Cyclotron, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multiple projects across organizations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication will be key in delivering complex projects that push the envelope of technology. 

• Lead cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute large-scale programs, balancing scope, schedule, and resources effectively. 

• Drive program strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives, while anticipating and mitigating risks. 

• Monitor progress and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

• Foster collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth execution of programs and remove roadblocks. 

• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly articulating program goals, timelines, and deliverables. 

• Ensure successful product launches and project outcomes, driving quality and customer satisfaction. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong CEO mindset 

• 7+ years of proven success working as a project manager in the information technology sector 

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a consulting environment 

• Visionary, able to think and work strategically to align with long-term objectives 

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and cloud technologies 

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies. 

• Proven ability to delegate and direct multiple project teams and resolve conflicts internally and externally 

• Amazing at building strong, lasting relationships 

• Thrive in an ever-changing environment 

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal 

• Very organized, including attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects synchronously 

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills 

• Logical, a strong thought leader, and acute problem-solving skills 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 

• Results oriented mentality and the ability to drive to successful outcomes 

Bonus Points: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II and or Agile certification is a plus 

• Previous experience with Microsoft funding 

• Prior delivery of Microsoft Cloud Technologies projects 

• Success working with globally distributed teams and navigating varied time zone challenges
