Role 

We are looking for a Program Manager Intern, Sales for a hybrid opportunity in San Jose, CA, reporting to the VP, Emerging Products GTM within our ZT IoT department. The Program Manager Intern, Sales will support the operational efficiency and execution of high-priority sales initiatives across the Go-to-Market organization. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, tracking key program milestones, and leveraging data to drive consistency and scale. You will contribute directly to improving sales performance and ensuring strategic alignment across various regional and functional teams.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Document current sales operational workflows and propose actionable optimizations to reduce bottlenecks and improve cross-functional speed and clarity
  • Act as a central communication hub between the Sales team and support functions, ensuring all project dependencies are met on schedule and blockers are clearly escalated
  • Assist in gathering user requirements, testing, and documenting training materials for new sales technology rollouts to ensure high adoption rates across the field organization

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related analytical field
  • Proven ability to define, map, and document business processes using logical flowcharts or diagrams
  • Foundational knowledge of CRM systems and intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets to present operational metrics
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous internship or co-op experience working specifically within a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market strategy function
  • Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce administration, reporting, or specific Sales Enablement platforms

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$35$55 USD
