Primary Duties
Launch Program Management: Plan and manage assigned launch workstreams from definition through close-out, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners. Build the program plan and task structure for each workstream, sequencing work by business priority, available resources, and dependencies. Maintain the workstream backlog and status in the team's tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Cloud Coach, Salesforce) so progress is visible without manual chasing. Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks early, with a proposed mitigation or options for the Sr. Director.
Goal Measurement & Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs that show whether launch goals are being met, including follow-through and milestone completion rates. Analyze program and practice-level data (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce reporting) to surface opportunities, risks, and trends, and turn them into actionable recommendations. Prepare clear, decision-ready status updates and reporting for Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners. Account for data-capture limitations and changes over time when reading trends, so decisions are not driven by reporting artifacts.
Stakeholder Management: Align Product, Implementation, Field, Sales, and Support on shared launch priorities and clear handoffs. Navigate competing priorities across internal teams and practice stakeholders while keeping launch objectives in focus. Articulate the business case and rationale ("why") behind launch initiatives to leadership, internal teams, and practice-facing audiences. Apply working knowledge of value-based care and ACO models to connect launch work to Aledade's broader business goals.
AI-Enabled Operations & Process Support: Leverage automation and AI solutions to streamline reporting, minimize manual status tracking, and reduce operational overhead, sharing best practices across the team. Create and maintain standardized workstream templates, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to drive consistent program execution. Define operational guidelines and quality gates for AI-assisted workflows to ensure data accuracy, prevent tracking errors, and uphold long-term maintainability. Develop reusable prompt templates and workflow accelerators to empower the team and unlock capacity for high-impact program management. Proactively identify and propose process enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
Coaching & Thought Partnership: Support Implementation team members on program-level challenges and help them connect their work to launch goals. Translate complex operational and program concepts into clear, accessible guidance. Contribute to cross-team initiatives, including interviewing and onboarding, as needed.
