About the right team member

The Program Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless onboarding and success programs, providing expertise in software configuration, training, and implementation best practices. This role also involves process improvement, program metrics and reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the Program Manager champions project prioritization and resource management, balancing customer needs with strategic organizational goals

About the role

  • Oversee onboarding and success program offerings from development through execution, ensuring alignment with company and department growth strategies.
  • Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects, tracking timelines, budgets, and milestones to meet customer and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to refine onboarding processes, addressing any customer-specific needs and program updates.
  • Identify potential program risks and dependencies, escalating concerns with mitigation plans as necessary to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Assess and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency, adapting to customer feedback and emerging industry practices.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, including executive leaders and team members, to report progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for onboarding staff, supporting skill development in program management and customer success methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain reports on program performance, presenting data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, program management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in customer service or program management with a minimum of 1+ years in project implementation or process coordination.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive program alignment across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship-building with stakeholders and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is desirable.
  • Relevant project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
