Program Manager III - Value Based Operations

The Program Manager III supports the vision of creating an innovative care model for senior patients who are in Medicare Advantage plans. On this team, you will find a culture that enables you to innovate, educate and provide exceptional patient care. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
This is a remote position, must reside in NE Ohio
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
- Interpret (KPIs) for payor contracts and population health.
- Work with healthcare data to identify trends and monitor outcomes.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Five years of related experience in a healthcare setting OR a Master’s Degree and four years of experience.
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Knowledge of health IT systems like population health platforms
- Familiarity with risk stratification, care coordination and value-based care models
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s Degree

1.Certification in healthcare quality, compliance, or accreditation (e.g., CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, CHC – Certified in Healthcare Compliance)
2.Direct experience with NCQA or other accreditation bodies related to population health, delegation, and quality.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Working in a stationary position for extended periods.
