Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager II for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage small internal projects.
- Set up and track department portfolio.
- Interact with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Experience with End User Computing concepts (i.e. hardware imaging and distribution, software packaging and distribution, patch management) and/or experience with M365 productivity tools (i.e. Office products, Power Platform) and collaboration/av tools (i.e. MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, AV) is a plus.

Prioritization: Able to effectively prioritize work items to support business needs and proactively facilitate tradeoff communications based on priority and capacity limitations.
Issue & Dependency Management: Able to effectively assess and mitigate risk, including an accurate assessment of potential failures and their consequences.
Team Development, Coaching & Management for Informal Leaders: Able to effectively identify and appropriately develop team members to accomplish project, portfolio or program goals.
