Program Manager, LINCS and CFTTP

WCMHS is seeking a clinician experienced in trauma work, with the leadership and collaboration skills to manage community-based, phase-oriented trauma treatment programs for adults and families. This program is team-oriented, working with clients and other providers to help clients develop stabilization skills and establish emotional and psychological safety in the broader context of their lives. 

This manager is a working leader, providing supervision to a team as well as case management, clinical support, and community support to clients served by the program. 

 Summary of Duties

  • Supervise two LINCS clinicians
  • Provide case management in collaboration with WCMHS and other agencies serving adults and families
  • Provide assessment and stage one trauma treatment interventions to promote safety and stabilization skills
  • Collaborate with client and trauma treatment team with referrals to appropriate providers and community support
  • Provide support services including (but not limited to) outreach visits, benefit access, parenting and independent living skills, and transporting clients where clinically indicated
  • Keep timely, accurate records in electronic records syste

Compensation and Benefits

WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a generous retirement contribution match. Our industry-leading paid time off package includes 12.5 flexible holidays per year and 12 days each vacation and paid sick time earned in your first year of employment.

The pay range for this position is $60,880 to $63,350 per year.

Qualifications

Summary of Qualifications

  • Master's level clinician required
  • Licensed clinician preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience in phase-oriented trauma treatment with adults and families required
  • Demonstrated clinical interviewing and assessment skills essential
  • Demonstrated competence providing both individual and group therapy essential
  • Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills essential
  • Experience in home/field-based services and familiarity with how to access agency and community resources helpful
  • The ability to deliver services and complete treatment notes in English

Working Conditions

This position does work in a variety of settings including office, client homes, and in the community. Driving, including some transportation of clients, is essential. The successful candidate must have a clean driving record and access to a safe, inspected, and sufficiently insured vehicle during working hours. Some evening work required.
