Job Duties and Responsibilities
Risk Assessment Manager Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Evaluate Risks: Conduct thorough risk assessments across operational, financial, strategic, and compliance domains to identify potential threats
  • Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies: Design and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of identified risks
  • Monitor and Review Risk Controls: Regularly review and update risk control measures, ensuring they are effective and aligned with organizational goals
  • Create Risk Reports and Documentation: Prepare detailed risk assessment reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure the organization's risk management practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead Risk Awareness Initiatives: Promote a risk-aware culture through employee training and awareness programs
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work with internal teams such as legal, finance, operations, and IT to assess and manage enterprise-wide risks
  • Crisis and Incident Management: Assist in managing responses to risk incidents and support business continuity planning

Legal Support Responsibilities:
  • Legal Document Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and maintenance of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring the organization complies with local, national, and international laws and regulations
    Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support internal legal counsel or external lawyers in ongoing matters
  • Coordination with Legal Counsel: Serve as a liaison between the organization and external legal advisors or law firms
  • Support Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage documentation and logistics for legal disputes, litigation, or arbitration

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Expereince:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the wireless industry preferred

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel and work proficiently with local leadership to identify operational shortfalls and develop and execute fixes.
  • Proficient to quickly ingest data and turn it into actionable reporting for teams
  • Relationship management across sales operations team, sales team, and other department
  • Proficient to present sales analysis to the Boost team as well as distributors and retailer partners (in person/virtual)
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask, prioritize team's work, and drive positive change consistent with overarching organizational goals
  • Proactively recognizes and defines opportunities/problems, determines solutions to address them, and independently oversees solutions through to completion
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills at all levels of the organization, striving for win-win solutions
  • Regularly recommends changes that improve existing business processes, overall enterprise performance, and sales operations.
  • Strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, manage, & evaluate project efficiency.
  • Proficient to deliver popular and unpopular messages with the appropriate level of transparency
  • Proficient to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Google Workspace: Sheets and Slides with some knowledge of database basics, helpful
  • Proficient to define problems, seek and collect insights, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
  • Experience with or ability to work in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel
  • Proficient to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Excel in managing multiple projects at any given time
  • Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
  • Must be able to handle different situations and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management

*Travel: Up to 50% travel is required for this role, dependent on business needs.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
