As Program Manager, you will support the Global Education Program and Nurse Leadership Academy. Your efforts will focus on coordinating and managing external revenue-generating learning content and maintaining relationships with international partners and stakeholders. Working within the full lifecycle of projects, you will foster ongoing partnerships and ensure successful outcomes for various programs. This position is critical to the enhancement of educational resources at Cleveland Clinic, offering an unparalleled opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and caregivers across the world.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM — 5:00PM. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 
  • Oversee projects form conception to execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Negotiate, manage and monitor agreements and contracts with external partners.
  • Work closely with various departments and international teams to provide seamless program delivery.
  • Assist in developing and managing programs for the Nurse Leadership Academy.
  • Facilitate communication between CC and international clients.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with international partners, understanding cultural nuances and navigating diverse working environments
  • Experience managing complex projects

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
