University Program Operations
- Support the execution of university programs, including software licensing coordination, academic account setup, and usage tracking
- Assist in managing program documentation, contracts, and internal approval workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Team, R&D, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure smooth program delivery
University & Academic Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for professors, labs, and university administrators in Taiwan
- Support academic partnerships, collaborative labs, competitions, conferences, and training activities

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical or business field
Experience
- One year of working experience in IC design, Semiconductor, EDA, or related technology industries is a plus
- Experience working with universities, research labs, or academic programs is a strong plus (internship experience acceptable)
Skills & Competencies
- Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and multicultural teams
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
