Program Manager I

This position supports educational efforts at the cornerstone of our mission. The Program Manager will work on projects to bring caregivers into the organization and retain them. This position will oversee numerous fellowship programs within the urology department. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and resources. You will experience great exposure to both the institute and department leadership and have numerous opportunities for career growth in different administrative and project/program management.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
-
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

One of the following combinations of education and experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
-
High school diploma/GED and six years of experience.
-
Associate’s degree and four years of experience.
-
Master’s degree and one year of experience.
-
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
-
Experience in a healthcare setting.
-
Experience within GME or Medical Education
