Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Boost Mobile Retail Wireless Operations organization is a driven, motivated, and passionate group of teams who empower and support our sales and strategy organizations and provide best-in-class solutions for our network of Boost Mobile Dealers. The Retail Tools team is seeking a talented tester with functional knowledge of UAT best practices, process creation and documentation, and incident management experience to join our growing team and provide testing and validation support for a wide subset of dealer-facing applications and customer sales and servicing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing end-to-end user validation of all dealer-facing sales and enablement tools through tool use and Postman API validation
- Test scripting and documentation of processes while aligning with functional requirements and various Operations and IT partnership teams
- Supporting internal business teams with user management and documentation of current and future tool capabilities
- Major release support and validation, which may require some off-hours early morning or late evening work
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Four-year degree or combination of 4 years college/relevant business experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of relevant UAT or testing/scripting experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Atlassian experience is strongly desired (Jira and Confluence)
- Postman API testing/scripting experience is relevant to this role and strongly desired
- Experience with incident management, defect triage, and ticket validation will be strengths in this role
- Proficiency with Google G Suite products (Gmail, Calendar, Meets, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to senior/executive leadership
- While strongly desired, these are not all mandatory requirements. Any candidate with relevant experience, a collaborative mindset, and strong, demonstrable skillsets is encouraged to apply

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
