Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Program Manager to deliver Broadridge’s Wealth Digital Asset & Tokenization initiative. This is a high-impact, highly visible role partnering directly with senior leadership, focused on driving governance, oversight, and clarity across a broad set of initiatives tied to Digital Asset & Tokenization. The mandate centers on Wealth digital asset capability, while ensuring proper milestone management, business casing, consistent communication, and effective decision-making across stakeholders. This role is about hands-on delivery and connecting the dots across programs—surfacing risks, driving structure, and enabling execution at scale.
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the Toronto office and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and oversight across a portfolio of Wealth Digital Asset & Tokenization initiative.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, acting as a key delegate and representative across initiatives
- Drive clarity across complex programs by synthesizing updates, identifying risks, and resolving misalignment
- Oversee 3–5 major transformation programs, ensuring progress, coordination, and alignment
- Establish structured reporting, KPIs, and communication cadence across stakeholders
- Support digital asset, wallet, tokenization advancement in the existing ecosystem
- Develop internal/external business cases and estimates, with critical path identification
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams across global regions
- Identify and escalate issues proactively while driving resolution and accountability
- Improve efficiency by reducing duplication and enhancing program communication and transparency
- Contribute to portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within financial services
- Strong experience in the financial services sector, preferably Wealth environments (banking or consulting)
- Proven track record managing large, complex transformation programs
- Strong understanding of post-trade, operations, or technology environments
- Experience establishing governance, reporting frameworks, and executive-level communications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and risk functions
- Ability to simplify complex information and present clear, concise updates to senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Clear written and verbal communication is key on such a complex program
- Build strong narratives around program for executive leadership consumption
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and nimble based on priorities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in settlements, clearing, books & records, corporate action or collateral management
- Exposure to post-trade platforms , trading platforms, any experience with Crypto, digital asset, and tokenization
- Experience with large-scale modernization or regulatory programs
- Background in consulting-led transformation initiatives

Hourly range CAD 100-115/hr
