WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We create new products and services that are driven by the richness and comfort of energy consumers. We are looking for passionate colleagues who can imagine the future ecosystem of green transformation and create innovative products and services. As an elite member of a small team with a sense of speed, we will be in charge of the entire development of one or more prototypes or products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promoting customer-specific projects for GX software services that utilize LLM (Large Scale Language Models) and IoT
- Nurturing potential customers and PoC planning
- Leading rapid PoC using internal and external resources and provide feedback to product development team
- Managing project metrics systematically
- Supporting for products and services strategy planning
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in managing two or more GX-related projects
- Experience in leading PoC for web application software
- Experience in analyzing and consulting energy data
- Degree related to either computer science or data science
- Experience in project management in Japanese and English
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with national or academic projects
- Experience with planning meetups or panel talks
- Experience with strategic consulting, startups, or ventures
- Experience with projects related to social acceptance or QoL
- Experience with talent acquisition or organization building
