About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Go to Market Program Manager to be the owner of the development and execution of multi-channel, high-impact marketing programs across Europe. You will work closely with vendor and business managers to design scalable go-to-market strategies that drive growth, maximize ROI, and align with TD SYNNEX’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate stakeholders for the development, execution, and monetization of marketing programs
Integrate marketing initiatives into business planning processes and support local teams in adopting program methodologies.
Identify and scale best practices across countries and support the rollout of central programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program performance and quality are tracked and continuously improved.
What You Bring:
5–8 years of experience in program management and B2B marketing.
Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-market campaigns.
Knowledge of vendor-funded programs and the IT channel ecosystem.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and the ability to work in an international environment.
