Reporting to the Senior Program Manager for Global Operations, the Program Manager holds these primary objectives: 

 

  • To effectively lead programs and projects that support the rapid growth and scalability of emerging channels, 3PL and new business operations.  

  • To actively engage, inform, and influence stakeholders across the business on the Global Distribution Operations program portfolio. 

  • To deliver program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful results in value creation.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities: 

 

Accountabilities: 

  • Oversee, execute, and deliver program strategy that pursues revenue and profit improvement opportunities across Operations, with an emphasis on new business, 3PL Partnerships and segmented solutions for emerging channels. 

  • Work with business owners and stakeholders to define program scope and deliverables, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources for execution, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of results. 

  • Collaborate with Global Distribution Operations and Revenue teams to develop and align on measurable success metrics, track performance, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Conduct program and project post-mortems, capture lessons learned, iterate and continuously improve program management practices and approaches for productivity and future planning. 

  • Drive initiatives that improve the services we provide to our customers, both internally and externally.  

  • Achieve meaningful customer loyalty while accessing improved Operations efficiency across the organization. 

  • Build trust through collaboration, performance and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Be a key champion for change; oversee change management needs required by program, in conjunction with supporting communications, program materials, documentation and training. 

  • Challenge and improve existing processes and quantify value opportunities through objective data analysis. 

  • Conduct all business activities in compliance with ethics, legal and regulatory requirements.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience 

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant program management experience 

  • 3+ years of managing complex projects and implementations 

  • Must have demonstrated strong leadership and organizational development skills 

 

Preferred: 

  • New business integration experience 

  • eCommerce program experience 

  • Project Management certification 

  • 3PL program experience

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: 

$106,000 - $160,000
