Responsibilities
In the position of Global Facilities North Asia Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing global facilities strategies that align with Micron's ambitious goals
  • Leading cross-functional teams to successfully implement facilities projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring all facilities operations meet strict standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Ensuring all construction projects meet schedule, cost and quality requirements with the design meeting Global Standard at the required level
  • Administering budgets and resources to improve the performance of our global facilities
  • Collaborating with collaborators to determine facility requirements and solutions
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of facilities projects to ensure timely completion
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with facilities operations
  • Encouraging steady progress and fresh ideas in facilities management techniques
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements
To be eligible for the Global Facilities Program Manager role, you must have:
  • Demonstrated background in facilities management or an associated area
  • Outstanding leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with budget management and prioritisation
  • Knowledge of safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance in facilities operations
  • A degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
