Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Program Manager, Global Digital Veilance, you will play a key role in managing programs, projects, and processes for Veilance digital experiences, as these are brought to life across eCommerce and Technology. You will be responsible for bringing the Global and Regional Digital Veilance strategy to life and managing the Digital Veilance road-mapping process. As a sub-brand operating within the Arc'teryx digital ecosystem, Veilance requires a distinct digital expression that reflects its position as the solution for the city and delivers a premium guest experience. The Program Manager, Global Digital Veilance is responsible for driving digital initiatives that enhance guest acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value while supporting global eCommerce revenue targets. Working across Brand, Commercial, Regional, and Digital teams, this role ensures Veilance is represented through a cohesive, elevated, and differentiated digital experience worldwide.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office, or may also be hired removed, on Pacific Standard Time.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Global Digital Programs team is responsible for delivering a consistent global strategy, while empowering regional teams to agilely deliver localized digital guest experiences. From managing cross-functional guest experience projects, leading the charge on Cyber Week, or facilitating requirements gathering across the business to deliver on the Digital long-term strategic plan – the team is the connective tissue of digital. Collaborating across departments, the team ensures we can drive guest satisfaction, support business goals, and meet Global eCommerce revenue targets.

If you were in the Program Manager, Global Digital Veilance role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Representing and leading Veilance through the Digital roadmap planning process
  • Developing business cases including ROI calculations and executive summaries
  • Expertly leading discovery across Veilance, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to build a clear long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan for Digital Veilance
  • Intaking and balancing regional and global requests to ensure Veilance brand consistency and localized digital guest experiences
  • Managing resource budgets and facilitating the delivery of multiple roadmap projects and programs as they relate to Digital Veilance
  • Developing new Digital Veilance programs which are designed to meet strategic business objectives and deliver on commercial KPIs
  • Building new tools to support road-mapping, and existing/net new programs (e.g. Workflows, Jira boards, Automation rules)
  • Maximizing the value that the Veilance team can bring to the organization and the guest experience by advocating for and building new programs from conception to execution
  • Leading optimizations within road-mapping and budgeting processes to ensure high-impact programs are prioritized and data-driven
  • Developing new communication plans that showcase the value of the Digital Veilance experience across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and more

  • Proposing and building new processes, programs, and projects to support our continued transformation from Global to Regional – especially as it relates to Veilance working models
  • Proposing new enhancements to the Digital and Veilance teams’ cross-functional workflow beyond Roadmap projects and programs
  • Evaluating and developing new ways of working to maximize efficiency, collaboration and guest value
  • Developing new standards and frameworks for Veilance’s Regional and Global Digital roadmap planning.

Are you our next Program Manager, Digital Marketing?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or 5+ years of experience in Digital Program Management or eCommerce Strategy
  • You are a strong collaborator who can communicate effectively in multiple business areas and technical levels
  • You are a problem solver who can work within limited resources to develop and optimize processes and programs
  • You have experience working directly development teams and familiarity with web, mobile, and Ecommerce technology
  • You have experience working directly with brand and creative teams
  • You have experience managing cross-functional programs and projects
  • You have experience with project management software (JIRA and Confluence) 
  • You have experience working in agile methodologies and iterative development processes
  • You have experience visualizing and documenting workflows
  • You have experience building detailed plans and maintaining RACIs
  • You can manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • You can adapt to complex situations and turn them into organized processes and programs
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking, change, and continuous improvement

Compensation

    The salary range for this role is: CAD$108,000 - CAD$142,000
