The program manager for GE9x, LEAP GE and PP20 will be responsible for delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction through management of programs related activities and resources. In this role you will be inside of AvioAero‘s OTR organization, at direct report to the Senior Program Manager, leading cross functional teams (Fulfillment, Finance, Sourcing, Planning and Commercials departments) and will be the first Customer’s interface.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of the assigned programs, maximizing benefits and opportunities

Define, update and monitor budget, business plan, etc, program KPI (Car4x, OTR inventory, etc)

Lead AvioAero Hoshin Kanri for GE9x program and support cost out activities on other programs to reach assigned targets

Support GEA operating rhythms

Foster the adoption of the LEAN and problem solving approachapproach, leveraging FLIGH DECK, to manage processes and activities for the assigned programs

Perform regular risk assessments and implement the relevant mitigation activities

Set and develop a long-lasting relationship with the GEA product lines interfaces, improving satisfaction on current programs and identifying all opportunities on new initiatives

Lead the Program Control Board preparation

Foster the adoption of the LEAN and problem solving approachapproach, leveraging FLIGH DECK, to manage processes and activities for the assigned programs

Support the preparation of the internal reporting to Senior Leadership

Delegated for approval, signature and archiving of the documentation sent to the Customer (PO acceptance, official letters, etc.), as per DoA list
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics from an accredited university or college

Management by risk attitude

Organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks

Proactive and able to work with an entrepreneurial approach

Orientation to Customer

MS Office knowledge

Fluent written and spoken Italian and English

Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
