Your mission
Lead integrated, distributed, and cross-functional teams in the planning, alignment, and execution of the development and delivery of high-risk, highly complex programs across the full product lifecycle
Ensure coordinated execution and the delivery of products that meet defined requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards
Serve as the primary liaison across all departments, with responsibility for proactive risk management and effective mitigation strategies
Identify and recommend alternative solutions to resolve conflicts, constraints, and competing priorities
Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and clear briefings on overall program status
Support and contribute to our systems and tools administration (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Monday.Com), improving overall performance and business outcomes
We are looking forward to
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field, combined with proven experience in program and/or project management, including risk management in complex environments
Proven track of technical abilities to implement occasional updates in tool administration and systems integration, using scripting and automation. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of how to connect tools and workflows effectively, ensuring scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions across the organization.
Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and end-to-end development lifecycles; certifications in Project, Program, Risk Management and/or Agile methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum) are highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to plan, structure, and execute programs effectively, with a high level of attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively across all organizational levels
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to facilitate collaboration, mediate conflicts, and work independently with minimal supervision.
