As a Program Manager within our Engineering Operations team, you’ll be the connective tissue between ideas and action. You’ll coordinate across teams, streamline delivery, and help bring strategic initiatives to life. Your work will ensure engineers stay focused, stakeholders stay informed, and momentum never slows.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Drive planning and execution of engineering projects, from roadmap milestones to daily delivery
  • Track progress, flag risks early, and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Triage issues and connect the dots across teams to remove roadblocks
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest practical improvements
  • Partner with engineering managers and product leads to align on priorities and ensure consistency

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in a project or program management role (or similar) within the software/tech industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Tableau, Bitbucket, Jellyfish a strong plus
  • Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom GPTs) to accelerate work (e.g., summarizing meetings, automating tasks, writing reports)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with engineering-focused GenAI tools like Amazon Q
