The Program Manager / Engagement Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for overall contract performance, strategic planning, workforce management, quality assurance, risk management, and Government engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and day-to-day management for a multidisciplinary real estate services team consisting of Portfolio and Asset Management, Customer Account Management, Data Analytics, Occupancy and Space Management, Real Estate Financial Analysis, and Amenity Services functions.
- Ensure effective integration of all functional areas to support Government real estate objectives, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and portfolio optimization.
- Establish performance goals, monitor deliverables, and ensure all team activities align with contract requirements, service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Oversee portfolio planning, asset utilization strategies, real estate program execution, and facility optimization initiatives.
- Guide long-range portfolio planning and coordinate asset management activities to maximize operational efficiency and value.
- Direct customer account management activities and serve as the senior escalation point for Government stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer requirements are translated into actionable program objectives and deliverables.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of portfolio, occupancy, financial, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by reviewing key performance indicators, trends, forecasting models, and executive reporting products.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives through performance monitoring and operational assessments.
- Oversee workplace planning, occupancy analysis, space utilization studies, and recommendations supporting efficient real estate operations.
- Ensure alignment between occupancy planning, customer requirements, and portfolio management objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program, portfolio, or real estate management experience
- Experience supporting large or complex real estate organizations
- Federal sector real estate experience
- Oversight of contractor performance, staffing, quality control, risk management, and Government coordination
- Management of multidisciplinary teams
