Position Summary

The Program Manager, EMERGE is responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Sony Interactive Entertainment's early career talent programs, with a primary focus on attracting emerging talent and curriculum development initiatives. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and engaging experience for early career talent.

The Program Manager owns end-to-end program management across the emerging talent lifecycle, including manager training, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding, and organization partnerships. A core focus of this role is the design and evolution of EMERGE's learning curriculum, assessing and enhancing existing programming, developing new content, and building the learning pathways, workshops, and development experiences that define the early career experience at Sony PlayStation.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead execution of all Early Career Talent programs and initiatives, ensuring a high-quality participant and stakeholder experience.

·       Partner with the ECT Manager on program strategy, operational planning, and annual program delivery.

·       Own end-to-end program management across the emerging talent lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, manager engagement, events, and offboarding.

·       Design, build, and continuously evolve the EMERGE emerging talent learning curriculum, including learning pathways, workshops, resources, and development programming that deliver a scalable and impactful early career experience.

·       Design and facilitate training and support materials for hiring managers, team members, and program partners.

·       Develop and maintain program timelines, trackers, communications, and operational processes; track initiative progress, measure program ROI, and share regular updates with recruiting and business stakeholders.

·       Drive continuous improvements to systems, tools, reporting, and processes to increase efficiency across highly operational program work and peak hiring seasons.

·       Build strong relationships with university partners, external organizations, internal stakeholders, and business leaders to support program success and talent pipeline development.

·       Support vendor coordination, event planning, travel logistics, and budget tracking related to Early Career Talent initiatives.


Skills & Qualifications

·       5+ years of experience in program management, university recruiting, recruiting operations, HR, learning and development, or a related field.

·       Experience supporting or leading internship, university recruiting, or early career talent programs.

·       Experience designing and building learning curriculum, training programs, or professional development initiatives from concept through delivery and evaluation.

·       Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·       Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate program data into compelling narratives and present to audiences including senior leadership.

·       Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.

·       Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

·       Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

·       Experience coordinating events, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives.

·       Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting operations workflows, preferably Greenhouse.

·       Experience using data to track, evaluate, and continuously improve program and recruiting outcomes.

·       Experience in tech, gaming, or entertainment a plus.

·       Up to 25% travel required to support campus recruiting events and program initiatives.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$119,000$178,600 USD
