What You Will Do
- Manage complex Hardware and Embedded Software projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate using Veo’s Stage-Gate Model, continuously refining the model with learnings from live projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Hardware Development while driving alignment with involved teams including AI, video, firmware, cloud platform, and non-technical stakeholders (ie. marketing, sales, quality, and others).
- Bridge technical discussions across hardware and software, ensuring decisions are made with a full view of dependencies and constraints..
- Streamline coordination by reducing bottlenecks and inter-team dependencies.
What You Could Bring
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software project management or a similar role in a tech company.
- A strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle and its “waterfall” nature, combined with experience working with agile software teams.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow complex discussions across hardware and software domains.
- A proven track record of enabling progress, solving coordination challenges, and delivering complex projects.
- A facilitative, solution-oriented approach: you enable teams and remove obstacles.
- Strong communication skills: you can influence and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
