Role Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead customer success programs for ERP clients. This senior role requires deep expertise in account management, customer success strategy, and ERP post-implementation support.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple customer success engagements, ensuring consistent delivery of value to clients. You will manage escalations, drive adoption and retention strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You will also provide leadership to the customer success team and collaborate with consulting leadership to improve frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP customer success programs across multiple accounts.
  • Partner with account managers and consultants to define and execute customer success strategies.
  • Monitor client health metrics, adoption rates, and renewal indicators.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues and oversee resolution.
  • Facilitate executive-level client meetings and present success reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between customer success activities and client business objectives.
  • Provide governance and reporting on customer success programs, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Mentor and develop coordinators and managers within the customer success team.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer success frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or ERP consulting.
  • Proven experience managing large client portfolios and complex escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, customer success platforms, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PgMP, or Customer Success Manager certification.
  • Prior consulting or professional services leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP post-implementation support and adoption frameworks.
