Red Carrot is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Coordinator to serve as the primary contractor lead on a federal communications contract. This individual will have full authority to act on behalf of Red Carrot on all matters relating to daily contract operations and will serve as the central point of contact for our customer.

This individual will have full authority to act on behalf of Red Carrot on all matters relating to daily contract operations and will serve as the central point of contact for our customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage day-to-day contract work performance, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to standard
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all daily operational issues on behalf of the Contractor
- Designate and support an alternate to act in their absence, with formal written designation submitted to the Contracting Officer
- Communicate project risks, opportunities, and current project status to relevant stakeholders
- Organize and control project activities of national scope
- Maintain continuity of operations during government shutdowns unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Experience providing administrative and professional support for projects of a national scope
- Demonstrated ability to organize and control complex project activities across multiple workstreams
- Strong skills in communicating risks, opportunities, and project status to diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience working in or supporting federal government contractor environments
