About Overwatch Mission Critical 
Overwatch is a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOB) certified through the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC), offering construction professional services, talent acquisition, and general contractor services for the mission-critical infrastructure industry.

Core Responsibilities

Program & Initiative Execution
  • Coordinate execution of cross-functional operational initiatives.
  • Translate leadership direction into clear plans, milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and action items through completion.
  • Maintain simple, reliable execution cadence and status reporting.

Process Improvement & Standardization
  • Identify recurring friction, inefficiencies, and handoff gaps.
  • Support root cause analysis and practical improvement efforts.
  • Document updated processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Help ensure improvements stick through adoption and standardization.

Systems & Workflow Support
  • Partner with Ops and IT to align processes with systems and tools.
  • Support testing, rollout, and documentation of process-related system changes.
  • Reduce reliance on manual tracking, one-off workarounds, and tribal knowledge.

Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain organized program documentation and decision records.
  • Support prioritization, intake, and change control processes.
  • Ensure work products meet basic quality and documentation standards.

Success Measures (First 6–12 Months)
  • Priority initiatives progress on schedule with clear ownership.
  • Reduced follow-ups, rework, and execution confusion.
  • Improved visibility into execution status for leadership.
  • Key processes documented and easier to repeat.
  • Measurable reduction in manual coordination burden on leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working across teams without formal authority.
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear next steps.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence concepts.
  • Experience supporting operational or systems-related initiatives.
  • Familiarity with common business tools (M365, project trackers, workflow tools).
