We now have an exciting opportunity available in the role of Program Manager – Commercial Strategy & Systems.

Sitting within our central Commercial Portfolio & Projects team, this role will play a key part in turning Jetstar’s commercial strategy into delivered outcomes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape, plan and deliver strategic commercial programs that support Jetstar’s broader commercial goals and 5-year plan.

Operating in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment, you’ll bring structure to complex programs, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are effectively scoped, sequenced and delivered. This is a role for someone who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level — moving between program oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance, and practical project delivery when needed.

As Program Manager – Commercial Strategy & Systems, your focus will include:

  • Leading strategic commercial programs that deliver business outcomes
  • Developing program roadmaps, business cases and delivery plans
  • Managing budgets, risks, dependencies and governance activities
  • Driving stakeholder alignment and decision-making across the business
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives
  • Embedding continuous improvement, automation and innovative ways of working
