The Program Manager for Campus and Onsite will be a key member driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives that will drive growth and profitability for the Campus team. This role works closely with internal teams to identify new growth opportunities, manage key initiatives, and ensure successful project execution. You will collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, analytics, and finance, while working alongside the Strategic Initiatives Manager to track progress and optimize strategies.
Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and profitability for Grubhub and the Campus team.
  • Identify and drive strategic efforts that require data analysis, planning, execution, and performance tracking. A diverse set of initial efforts may include: customer tiering, restaurant selection, customer account performance, or sales effort prioritization and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, merchant sales, analytics, finance, and product teams to optimize business impact
  • Build and develop relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to execute growth plans.
  • Navigate complex business situations, foster long-term opportunities, and find creative solutions to challenges that may arise internally, from clients, from partners, or from competitors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Campus team with internal partners to drive successful initiatives.
  • Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate efforts across multiple teams, giving direction to various groups and stakeholders across the group and the company.
  • Collaborate with the broader team developing and implementing best practices to optimize resource allocation and manage program performance.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in strategy, business development, investment banking, management consulting or similar.
  • 3-5+ years experience working collaboratively across multiple disciplines (product, legal, finance, partnership management)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions (marketing, sales, finance, operations).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across different teams.
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management tools


The base salary ranges for this position are below. The ranges provided exclude other forms of compensation such as equity and bonus.
New York: $91,000 - $136,000 base salary range
Denver: $82,500 - $123,500 base salary range
Grubhub uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to the base salary, the role might also come with equity and other pay incentives as part of the full compensation package.
